"Come on now, it barely lasted"
I really wanted to like this, but it started wearing out after just a few washes. Come on now, that’s way too soon for something I expected to actually hold up. Definitely not worth it for me.

"Payment issues were really frustrating"
I tried to place an order twice, but the payment just kept loading and never went through properly. Then I checked my bank and saw pending charges, which was stressful. Support took way too long to get back to me too. I’m sure other customers wouldn’t want to deal with that hassle either, so I won’t be ordering again.

"Not really my style"
I was disappointed with the selection. Maybe I’m just picky, but a lot of the jeans looked almost the same to me, and the colors felt kind of plain and boring. I was hoping to find something a little more unique or fun, but nothing really stood out enough for me to want to buy it.

"Got sent the wrong size"
I ordered one size and they sent me something completely different. This is where it got annoying, because now I have to deal with returning it and waiting all over again. Frustrating experience

"My tracking never moved and I couldn’t get answers"
I ordered from fitjeans.com the whole tracking situation has been really frustrating. My package has been stuck on the same update for days, and every time I check it, nothing has changed. I tried to be patient, but it started to feel like no one actually knew where my order was. For what I paid, I expected a much smoother experience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"I don’t really trust their sustainability claims anymore"
I wanted to feel good about supporting this brand, but their sustainability efforts just don’t seem convincing. The ethics side feels like something they talk about only when it’s convenient, not something they actually care about. It’s disappointing, and it’s made me lose a lot of trust in them.

"I don’t feel like this was worth the…"
I don’t feel like this was worth the money at all. When I had an issue, it felt like they brushed it off and somehow made it my problem to deal with instead of actually helping. Disappointing overall.

"I really liked how these jeans looked when..."
I really liked how these jeans looked when I first got them, but... after only a few wears, the denim started feeling thin and got kind of baggy. I expected them to hold up better for the price. i don’t think they were worth the money.

"Customer service kept moving the goalposts"
I tried reaching out to Fit Jeans about my order and it took way too long to get a straight answer. Every time I thought I was finally getting somewhere, it felt like the goalposts got moved again, with another vague reply or some copy-paste response that didn’t really solve anything. It was frustrating. Customer service really shouldn’t be this hard to get ahold of.

"Not sure I trust the brand now"
I was thinking about ordering from Fit Jeans but the brand just doesn’t feel super trustworthy to me anymore. I kept seeing really mixed comments online and some of the good posts looked almost too perfect. Maybe they work for some people but for the price I expected them to have a better reputation. In the end I just decided not to take the chance.

"Description Was Misleading"
The description was completely wrong, and I feel stupid for trusting it. I ordered expecting one thing and ended up with something that didn’t match what was advertised at all. Really frustrating experience

"Nothing Is Ever in Stock"
Every time I try to get something, it feels like nothing is ever available. I’ll look for one item, then another, then a different size, a different color, a basic option, even something I wasn’t originally planning to buy, and somehow it’s all unavailable. It’s happened with everyday stuff, sale items, popular items, random backup choices, pretty much everything I check. After a while it just gets frustrating because I feel like I’m wasting time browsing things I can’t actually get.

"Too Tight for All-Day Wear"
I wanted to like it, but it felt tight, stiff, and uncomfortable pretty much the whole day. I’m careful about wearing anything that might irritate me or make me feel restricted, so I ended up not wanting to keep it on for long.

I don’t know what size chart they’re using, but this fit nothing like it. Isn’t the whole point of a size chart to help you pick the right size? I ordered based on the measurements and it still came out completely wrong. Disappointing, honestly.

Returning my jeans ended up being way more annoying than I expected. The replies were slow, the steps were a little confusing, and the exchange felt like it took forever. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but I’m sure I wouldn’t go through that again. Not really worth the stress for me.

I tried using the promo code at checkout, but it didn’t take anything off. Maybe I entered it wrong or missed some fine print, but as far as I could tell it just didn’t work, so I ended up paying full price

"Late Delivery and Confusing Tracking"
My package ended up arriving later than expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very reliable along the way. It was a bit frustrating because you realize how much you depend on accurate tracking when you’re planning around a delivery. "Packaging felt a bit careless"
For the price, I expected a little more. The jeans showed up in a plain plastic bag, all wrinkled, with no nice wrapping or even an invoice folder. It kind of felt like it was packed in a hurry, and maybe the brand isn’t putting much thought into the delivery experience.
